Senior Women Finish the Season on a High
Birkirkara VC wrapped up their campaign with a well-earned 3-1 victory over Paola Executive Security at the Cottonera Sports Complex. Despite a slow start in which Paola took the opening set 25-13, Birkirkara responded with determination and composure. The team regrouped effectively, showing improved organisation and confidence to edge the second set 25-22, shifting the momentum in their favour. From that point on, Birkirkara took control of the match. Strong defensive work and more efficient attacking play saw them dominate the third set 25-16, before holding their nerve in a competitive fourth set to close it 25-22 and secure the win. Finishing the season with such a performance highlights the team's growth, resilience, and unity developed throughout the campaign.

Thank You, Coach Dalton Caruana
This match also marked the final game of the season, making it the perfect moment to recognise the work of Coach Dalton Caruana. His leadership, commitment, and passion have been instrumental in shaping the team's identity this season. From building cohesion within the squad to driving standards in both training and competition, his influence has been evident throughout. Birkirkara VC extends its sincere appreciation to Coach Dalton for his impeccable work, dedication, and professionalism across the entire season.

U15 Dynamites Battle to a Strong Victory
Earlier in the day, BKVC's U15 side, Dynamites, delivered an exciting and hard-fought performance against Phoenix Young Ninjas, coming out on top in a thrilling five-set encounter.

Final Score:
BKVC Dynamites VS Phoenix Young Ninjas
3 – 2 (25-13, 21-25, 28-26, 18-25, 15-10)

The match showcased the team's growing maturity and competitive spirit. BKVC started strongly, taking the first set convincingly 25-13, but Phoenix responded well to level the match in the second. The third set proved to be a turning point — a tense and high-quality battle that saw BKVC edge it 28-26, demonstrating composure under pressure. Although the opposition forced a decider by taking the fourth set, the Dynamites showed great resilience and determination in the final set, closing it 15-10 with confidence. Throughout the match, the team displayed excellent effort, improved technical execution, and strong teamwork, particularly in extended rallies and key moments. Special recognition goes to Ms Christine Hole and Ms Bojana Jovkovska, whose dedication and structured coaching are clearly reflected in the players' development. Their commitment is not only to improving performance levels but also to building a strong foundation for the club's future.

One Club, One Direction
From the resilience of the senior squad to the determination of the U15 Dynamites, the weekend perfectly captured the identity of Birkirkara VC — a club built on passion, progression, and unity.
